A New Orleans native, I paint my hometown's way of life, capturing with bold color the light, rhythm, and romance that are the essence of New Orleans and southern Louisiana.
While attending McCrady School of Art in the French Quarter, I fell in love with painting the colorful streets of the Quarter, pulsing with a life so separate from the rest of the world, and am still obsessed with portraying this wonderful city. Growing up, I was fortunate to be able to spend time in the bayous of southern Louisiana and have a deep love for our history and way of life.
I paint in a contemporary impressionist/realist style and, as I make my home here, I have a constant source of wonderful inspiration from our unique part of the world!
